The Vaud University of Teacher Education (HEP Vaud) is an academic and vocational higher-education institute. It has two main missions: to train future teachers and support the development of the teaching profession.
Numerous teams at HEP Vaud conduct research in teaching and educational methods. The research and teaching unit (UER) in physical and sports education (EPS) is tasked with carrying out training and research in subject-specific didactics in this field.
The UER researchers and trainers, in addition to providing internal training for physical education teachers, run the Master’s program in subject-specific didactics together with the University of Lausanne
